Data controller

The data controller is NextQuo.

Currently in beta testing — company legal details pending registration.

For requests regarding personal data (access, deletion, rectification, etc.) use the contact form and write "Privacy request" in your message.

Data we collect

Through the contact form we may process:

  • first and last name
  • email address
  • company or project name, if provided
  • selected project types (checkboxes)
  • message text

While browsing, technical data may be processed (IP address, user agent, security logs) and technical cookies described in the cookie policy.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to contact requestspre-contractual measures at your request and, where necessary, consent given via the privacy checkbox.
  • Site security and operationlegitimate interest of the controller (technical logs, hosting).
  • Browsing statisticsNextQuo first-party analytics, only if you accept from the cookie banner; legal basis: consent. We record page visited, referrer and country (from hosting headers). No advertising profile.

We do not use Google Analytics or advertising profiling tools.

Nature of provision

Fields marked as required in the form are necessary to send and handle your request. Without them we cannot reply.

Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by providers acting on our behalf:

  • Vercel Inc.hosting, site delivery and optional analytics log storage (Vercel Blob)
  • Resend Inc.sending emails generated by the contact form

These providers may operate outside the EEA; in that case transfers take place under GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, normally no longer than 24 months from the last exchange, unless other legal obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. You can exercise your rights via the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (for Italy: garanteprivacy.it).
